The Community Free Clinic, the first and only free clinic in Alabama, was established to provide excellent free medical care to those who have other option. Open for acute physical problems on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, we also operate a Chronic Care Clinic on Wednesdays, providing education, monitoring and treatment for hypertension, diabetes and chronic lung diseases such as Asthma.
