Sunset Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center that serves the population in Yuma County. The health center has facilities in Yuma, Somerton, San Luis and Wellton. Yuma County has a unique opportunity to address significant medical access problems that face Hispanic/Latino, immigrant, and border community residents. Many border residents are isolated from medical and behavioral health services and do not have medical insurance, which are all significant barriers in obtaining medical care.
