The Clinic's Primary exempt purpose is to provide free health, dental, and eye care to medically indigent persons who do not qualify for public assistance and have no other resource for their health care.

Volunteer professionals provide outpatient services on a scheduled basis. We ask that all persons who need to be seen arrive at 9 am M-F to determine eligibility and to fill out all the necessary paperwork. Please call 813-870-0395 to determine eligibility in advance. Services offered include:

* Diagnostic and primary medical treatment
* Eye care (Including eyeglasses at a nominal fee)
* Emergency dental treatment (Simple extractions only)
* Asthma & Allergy
* Dermatology
* Gynecology
* Pediatrics
* Podiatry
* Licensed Pharmacy
* Hepatitis C Screening
* Dietitian
* Endocrinology
* Cardiology
* Nutritionist
* Neurology

Occasionally, a patient's needs exceed clinic capability. The patient is then referred to an appropriate specialist and/or facility and is seen at no charge.
