Free Medical Clinics

Services offered by the Free Clinic of Rome GA:
Provide basic health services to eligible patients.
Provide treatment for some chronic medical conditions (diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol management, etc).
See patients on an appointment only basis.
Provide care for adults and children, as long as they have no insurance and meet the income eligibility guidelines.
Provide limited dental services (extractions only).
Services NOT provided at the Free Clinic of Rome GA:
Provide treatment for mental health, substance abuse, pain management, or psychiatric conditions.
Prescribe or dispense narcotics, or any medication for the treatment of pain or psychiatric conditions.
Prescribe or manage ADD/ADHD medications.
Fill prescriptions written by other doctors.
Provide X-rays, CAT scans, MRIs, or any specialty treatments.
Provide treatment for Hepatitis, TB, STDs, or other infectious diseases.
Offer OB/GYN sevices or dispense family planning medications.
