Savannah Health Mission, founded in 1996, was organized to provide health care for the working uninsured of Savannah, GA and Chatham County, GA. SHM is staffed primarily with volunteers - both lay and medical - who believe in our mission of quality, free health care for those who would otherwise not have health care options. In addition to primary care we offer health education, gynecological exams, pain management, and specialty consultations. Approximately $4.00 of primary health care is utilized from every $1.00 donated.
