Medical Services:

The Angels Community Clinic fills a critical gap by providing free basic medical care to the working, uninsured of Calloway County.  This clinic provides services in the Medical, Dental and Pharmacy areas.

Free medical services are provided to eligible patients at the Angels Community Clinic on Tuesday evenings. New patients are advised to arrive at 4 P.M. with income information and photo I.D. Patients are seen on a first come first serve basis. After completing the screening process, patients see a nurse for a general assessment, and the doctor or nurse practitioners begin seeing patients at 6 P.M. Medical services at the Clinic include physical assessment and examination, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
Routine lab services (for cholesterol checks, etc.) are done on Thursday morning beginning at 9 A.M. for established patients. Blood pressure and pulse checks can be done anytime during office hours, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
