The residential buildings in Manchester and Concord, NH have the capacity to house more than 150 individuals and families on any given night. At this location, they provide not only the time and place to recover from homelessness, but also the comprehensive support to help participants overcome the root causes of their homelessness, which may include poverty, domestic violence, mental and/or physical illness, underemployment, addiction, isolation, and loneliness.
This is a health care center funded by the federal government. This means even if you have no insurance you can be covered. The center is also income based for those making an income. This health center can cover services such as checkups, treatment, pregnancy care (where applicable), immunizations and child care (where applicable), prescription medicine and mental and substance abuse where applicable.
