Service description:Primary and acute care, women's and children's health, vaccinations, minor surgery, emergencies, STD testing, and general health care.
Intake procedure:Call for appointment 9-5. Walk in 9-12 but appointment preferred.
Fees:Flex fee scale fee down to $50. Must pay at time of visit.
Eligibility:No restrictions
Hours:Regular hours by appointment: Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm
Walk in hours: Monday-Friday 9am-noon
