Free Medical Clinics

Service description:Offers health screenings, basic medical services and prescription assistance at no cost, with a focus on the management of common chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. New patients with acute/episodic needs accepted on a limited basis. Call first if need is acute.

No mental health, dental care, prenatal, birth control, STD testing, HIV testing. Prescription assistance does not include tranquilizers, heart medication, or narcotics.

Intake procedure:Walk-ins accepted on Thursday evenings, starting at 4:30 pm. Follow up appointments and appointments for established patients available on Mondays - call for more information

Eligibility:Uninsured adults living in the following N/NE Portland zip codes only: 97211, 97212, 97217, 97227, 97203

Hours:Thursday 5:30 -8:30 pm. Check-in begins at 4:30 pm.
