Copperview Clinic uses sliding fee scale for all uninsured clients.

Provides primary health care to low income and uninsured people on a sliding fee scale.

Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Primary Care Network (PCN), Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and most private insurances.

Accepts previous clients within the last 2 years, immediate family members of current clients, and pregnant women. New clients are accepted with insurance.

Clinic Hours
Monday: 8 a.m. - Noon and 1 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.
Tuesday - Thursday - Friday: 8 a.m. - Noon and 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:15 a.m. - Noon and 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Monday thru Friday Closed for Lunch from Noon - 1 p.m.

This is a health care center funded by the federal government. This means even if you have no insurance you can be covered. The center is also income based for those making an income. This health center can cover services such as checkups, treatment, pregnancy care (where applicable), immunizations and child care (where applicable), prescription medicine and mental and substance abuse where applicable.
