Free Medical Clinics

Our mission is to provide health services and advocacy for the members of our community that have no health care alternative.

Located at 421 Graham Avenue in Eau Claire, WI, the Chippewa Valley Free Clinic is a brick building a block away from the Acoustic Café. Through the front door is our waiting room, which can accommodate about 30 patients during an open Clinic. Our patients register at the reception center, which is located between the waiting room and exam rooms.   There are a total of 5 exam rooms, each equipped with the medical supplies necessary to provide quality health servies to our patients. Across from the exam rooms is our lab. Here we do rapid strep and pregnancy tests, as well as urinalyses. In addition, a social services room provides a private area where our patients can discuss eligibility, home life, and other available resources with a social services volunteer. In the back, our medicine dispensary is where we store and distribute  stock medications. We do not provide narcotics, controlled substances or birth control. Finally, our executive suites is where staff and volunteers can take a break, have a bite to eat, and work on Clinic projects.
